(Para veh\u00edculo p\u00fablico deber\u00e1 aportar la copia del recibo de pago de la \u00faltima vigencia) <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Paz y salvo por concepto de multas por infracciones de tr\u00e1nsito, tanto del comprador como del vendedor o haber efectuado un acuerdo de pago y estar al d\u00eda en dichos pagos. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Pago de los derechos del tr\u00e1mite. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Pago por concepto de retenci\u00f3n en la fuente. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Si el propietario es persona jur\u00eddica deber\u00e1 anexar la copia del certificado de existencia y representaci\u00f3n legal con vigencia no mayor a treinta (30) d\u00edas. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Poder especial o contrato de mandato.
